The Hero’s Program is designed for those in designated professions such as firefighters, EMT/first responders, law enforcement, nurses, teachers, military, and dispatchers.

With only a 1% down payment required, borrowers can also receive $750 off closing costs (cannot be combined with other offers), reduced mortgage insurance at 18%, and no application deposit required.

This program follows standard FNMA guidelines and is only applicable to primary and secondary residences.

To qualify for the Hero’s Program, borrowers must have a minimum credit score of 700 and a DTI up to 43% or a minimum credit score of 680 and a DTI up to 41%.

Our Professionals Program (Available only in Arizona and Indiana) specifically for medical residents and doctors of various specialties such as MD, DDS, DMD, and OD. With this program, borrowers can enjoy a zero down payment and a maximum loan amount of $900K with a DTI of 41% and a minimum credit score of 700.
